However, I watch with her and make sure she is signed in. I am thinking that she did not sign out of her iPad before signing in on another device for ScienceLive. How can I make sure she has credit for those? An responsefrom the school would be greatly appreciated! Also, is there an email for technical support as the FAQs do not cover all topics and I cannot seem to find a seems of direct communication for the school.
